"BEACH PARTY: Surfin' Thru the Scriptures" VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL - 2008
This Year - - 3 Days in June Mon., June 16th, Tues., June 17th & Wed., June 18th 6:00 to 8:00 PM
"Wow! By now you've noticed that changes have been made to Vacation Bible School (VBS). This year VBS will be a 3-Day program, and held in the evening. Your children, we'll call them surfers, will have a blast with this year's creative Bible based "Beach Party" as they surf their way though interesting Bible stories- -"the Call of Gideon", "A Woman Healed", and "Jesus and Thomas"
The reason for the changes is to get the involvement of teens and adults, and hopefully keep VBS alive at Olivet. Also, we're hoping an evening schedule will be more inviting to our families.
Parents, please register your children in this extraordinary, creative, fun-filled and exciting program.
Each day at 6:00 PM, VBS will begin with a light kid-friendly meal. Music, Bible Study, and crafts will follow in rotating groups, as well as playing games with friends old and new.
Everyone likes Bible stories, but we don't always know how to apply the story content. This program teaches life application.
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for children Ages 3.5 years and up!
